01 Do all the software solution products have to be purchased, or can specific ones be chosen?
Simitive offers resource planning software solutions and consultancy expertise to deliver organisational efficiency solutions. Clients are welcome to choose individual products to meet their unique needs and often start with one or two before realising they would like to benefit from the whole ecosystem.
02 Can Simitive software be integrated with existing systems e.g. HR?
Absolutely. All Simitive products come with standard APIs, enabling institutions to also integrate seamlessly with existing client systems, including HR, student, research, and timetabling systems. Our products fully support institutions of all types and sizes.
03 How much support will we get from Simitive during set-up?
Simitive provides a tried-and-tested structure for all products, ensuring all clients receive the support they need to realise their objectives in the shortest possible time. Although the structure is standardised, each implementation is tailored to the unique and bespoke needs of the institution. We always collaborate to ensure we meet the precise needs of each client. We also offer additional support, trials, workshops and much more.
04 How quickly can it be set up?
The software is ready to go, so the speed at which it can be set up depends mostly on the client. The average set-up takes six to nine months to meet the bespoke needs of each client.

06 Can Simitive software be customised or altered for specific preferences?
All Simitive software is almost infinitely configurable by the client to meet their specific needs. This includes, to name a few, language, platforms, colours, names, rules-based calculations, and varying activities.
07 How safe is our data?
Everything we do is about the protection of client data. Simitive is audited and certified for security best practices. We are ISO27000:2022 compliant and provide the best information security, cybersecurity, and privacy protection.
08 Can we talk to an existing user?

09 Can the software be used outside of the UK?
Yes, we already currently work with universities in the UK, USA, and Australia. In fact, we currently have 46% of the market share of universities in the UK and already work with over 10% of universities in Australia.
